I have lost that 10lbs i gained due to the new medications my doctor has put me on. As my body got acclamated to the meds, i was able to once again gain control of my deliciously sculpted body. Wink

Nabeela...nope..Old fashioned exercising..plus i forced my doctor to prescribe diuretics..I pee about once every 15 minutes but its worth it..how else can u lose 10 lbs in 3 days? Laughing
