Your recent moves against the people of Somaliland Republic have been noted. Your earlier hostile subversive activities, which you have possibly master - minded against Somaliland Republic and to other Republics in the Horn of Africa region are well known and documented both locally and internationally.

For your information, for the last two years there has been a group of Somaliland intellectuals who painstakingly invited ex-participants of your Fanatic Al-Itihad/Al Ictisam fundamentalist group, then engaged to research and find all possible information about your past and present history including your involvement with fanaticism. Since then, a substantial amount of intelligence data supply has been obtained cautiously and recorded fastidiously.

Your ruthless activities which you and others, whom we don’t want to mention their names here, committed in Las Qoray/Bossasso, Mogadishu, up to Kismayo are also sequentially documented in details.

Most of your wicked local and international contacts you made, with the guys and to destinations you know, have been recorded carefully and meticulously. Until now we intend not to publish or declassify these data openly, least it might have a collateral damage and affect innocent people or unintended outcome might result. We also guarantee you that it our property and in safe hands, and it’s not for sale to anybody.

However, if you don’t refrain from your incessant antagonistic attitude towards your brethren Somaliland Republic and its people, which deserves the support of every rational person as many of your wise kinsmen did, rest assured that it shall be alluring us to retaliate and exert equal and opposite lethal blow towards your antagonistic deeds. We offer you the option!

Sheikh Hassan, it is a known fact that you have already earned enough problems, both locally and internationally, which is a prerequisite to a bad ending, and you need not to call for further disgrace and damage to yourself. It might be a matter that can attain you a relief to rejoice if you tackle your problems wisely one at a time and refrain from any future ill feelings towards anyone. Your aspirations are known and you are not the first to venture in that iniquitous alleyway. Though it is in a different theater, it has similarities with the disastrous Mad Mullah’s stage show. Yes, indeed everyone has the right to have an ambition but not under any circumstances, unless you lost commonsensical sanity.

In short, in this open letter we would like to inform you and to all those who are around you that we (as a concerned group) are alarmed and uneasy about your hostile attitude towards your brethren Somaliland Republic. It is yours to decide which way out.
We shall disregard any e-mail sent to us intending to reply about this matter; and the only accepted response should be through trusted medium, preferably by Sheikh Hassan’s public voice message. Failure to do that could result the release and declassification of a lot of terminally incurable material information.
