There are people on Snet that maybe interested in the Peace Corps but don't know a lot aobut the experience..tell us few thing about it..I have few questions....
would you recommend the experience or should college graduates look for work?
would u finish graduate school before u volunteer or would suggest we take advantage of the Fellows program which pays some or most of your master's degree at selected universities?
how old were you when u joined the peace corps?

I was 23 when I joined. I had a bachelors degree in history. They gave me three months training in TEFL.
If you have the grades, the money, and a goal, pursue the advanced ed now. If you don't have the money or a goal, the Peace Corps can help you find yourself and give you advanced educational opportunities.
I recommend the experience to anyone.
