ARE THE WARLORDS REGROUPING?
It seems they are regrouping and they want to carry on their fight against WADADS,and it's all their fault because if you defeat your enemy you don't just stop untill you cut their head off and bring it back as a trophy and America it seems it wants to carry on supporting them.

Mad mac
You know me and the Wadaads are hardly bosom buddies but to me Somalia has already reached rock bottom and the only way is up. The wadaads if they succeed are at least one identifiable, cohesive entity which could be dealt with, diluted, influenced(most of these guys are green wadaads ie no real political principle behind them) . The signs of their malleability are encouraging: they quickly backed down on the madness over the World cup when they realised they might a youth inserruction on their hands. They also made quite loud and welcoming noises regarding the secualr govt in Baidoa, unless it is a ploy to ensnare Yusuf a man they hold responsible for decimating their fellow Islamists in Puntland.
At any rate they make one single enemy of the nation to focus and perhaps even confront and defeat. I realy hope it wont come to that.
It is so easy for those of us Somalis in the comforts of the West to philsophise about the darkness replacing the darkness but most people in Mog are greateful they are no longer being robbed at `checkpoints' and that they can sleep in their homes in relative safety.
Nex test forthem is to see if they could reopen the port and eventually the airport. They might even start cleaning up Mogadishu. Well perhaps too much to expect.
My point: let the devil have a try. that is how bad Somalia is.
