I am really puzzled by some characters

Here you are minding your own business, then booom, out of nowhere, you are under attack by someone you don't even know, someone you have never exchanged a line with, someone whose nick you haven't crossed b4. Is it because you whipped their behind with a different nick and they are still hurting from that?

If you can't face someone with your usual nick, don't you think it's stupid to try a new one just to get whopped again and again and again, and you keep on changing nicks?

I say, either grow some balls or just quit and accept defeat.

These are exactly the ones I was referring to. I have no idea, but I think I must've stepped on their toes somewhere in another alias and they decided to take revenge and throw cheap shots with another nick.
