It would have been much better if its matter of “ignorance and poverty” only, becuz we can overcome these off-putting points straightforwardly. By encouraging them 2 study, 2 increase the level of their knowledge. Trade with other countries, or sign contracts with them 2 assist us 2 use our natural resources effectively (Oil in particular). Although it requires some energy and time, we can accomplish these targets. But how can we overcome totalitarianism, and continuous wars?
