That's a quite irrelevant analogy. The bottom line, the bulk of Muslims and many non-Muslims consider the occupiers/invaders of Iraq as unlawful combatants. Arrow

"Consider" and fact are two different things. Muslims can "consider" them whatever they want. But legally, as you see above, they are lawful combatants. Funny how when you don't like definitions you just ignore them.
