Macdan, Maaliyad or even Madaxweyne, it makes no difference here. @ the end of the day there's no real WAZIIR out there. What does AFBIIJO's department do other than make few trips and pay a visit to his master in ADDIS?

Wasiir to me is someone who is highly respected among his peers and has a strong leadership quality. On top of that, like Yalaxow has said before, u gotta be living in a lavish mansion and drive the flashiest ride in town to be called wasiir.
