XPlosiv... Well, if the Darood had any sense, they would have made Siyaad flee into exile in 1989 when the USC was moving rapidly to Xamar. Instead the Darood cheered on and supported their Great Leader and King to the end.

Imagine how many Daroods would have been spared. Samatr would be waving a Somali Flag and defending Madaxweyne Cigaal & Raisal Wasare Maxamed Farax Caydiid etc.

it's all about politics, it has nothing to do with darood ore hawiye ore isaaq, the fact is siyaad barre knew something that we didnt knew, even now, i think he studied sayid's poems, he was at war with habaashis, and habaashis sided with mjs and isaaqs, it was afbijo who destroyed somaliweyn, and thats why siyaad barre hanged few mj generals, not that they are mjs, but the facts they are not be trusted, and years laters, after that tragedy, did alot of mjs joined the ssdf, and thats why siyaad barre needed to stop, and to stop them use what ever you can to stop them, thats just war, not that he liked just to massacre them like flies ore something, ore that were mjs, habaashis had one choise and that was isaaqs, habaashis saw isaaqs fighting during the ogaden war, including siyaad barre, and habaashis thought if we use them, they could defeat ore weaken siyaad barre, and thats what siyaad barre knew 2, habaashis armed the snm to their teeth, siyaad barre knew that isaaqs were not easy, and thats why he bombed hargeisa, and burco, he was excetly fighting with habaashis and sad enough trough their brothers, if he could had captured northern somalia, than he had won, but this war happand after they lost badly during the ogaden war, and till today habaashis are using this divide and rule strategy
