My trip to Thailand

Post by Spider_loc »

Iam a martial art Fighter I train and study Muay thai

I got a chance to do some real Thai boxing while I was in Bangkok and down in Ko samui. Took a few nice beatings by guys a lot smaller than me and man did my shins hurt. We did some training on the beach and they smashed cocconuts on my shins until they bled. but the second week I knocked my sparring mate out who is alot more experiencer then me

Good fun looking forword to go Thailand next summer Great country

On and off for about four years. First of all you need to have a good workout plan so you know which parts of the body you are going to train.
I usually do:

day 1: Chest + Triceps + abs
Day 2: Back + Biceps +
Day 3: Shoulders + Thighs and legs. + abs
Day 4, you gotta rest.. then its the same thing all over. I cant get into details about the specific excersizes etc its too long.. I'm sure you can get an instructor to help you out during your first week, or someone with more experience than you.

Anyway, if you're built like the average Somali guy (slim with high metabolism) then you wont gain shit unless if you eat lots of Protein and carbs.. you need to eat like six meals a day.. not necessarily large meals.. just make sure that your body never runs out of energy and protein.. A weight gainer/Protein powder will probably help but use it only as a supplement.. again you can get an instructor to help you out with the specifics sxb..

If you eat right and have a good workout plan, you'll see a huge difference within 6 months (especially if you've never worked out before).

And oh, dont push yourself too hard during the first couple of weeks. You'll get injured.

One last thing.. if one of the big dudes over at the gym offers you a little "help" in the form of roids, then just say no Laughing

thats awesome Loc. Learn some grappling skilss if possible. 85% of all fights wind up on the ground. Wink

X

I like your routine, it's pretty much identical to mine.

Slim Shady

This is the book I use, it's the best, worth EVERY penny and MORE!!! http://www.amazon.com/Serious-Strength- ... 08?ie=UTF8 combined with Arnolds "Encyclopaedia of Bodybuilding". Also, watch Arnold's "Pumping Iron" vid for SERIOUS inspiration.

Thanks dude

that workout is pretty accurate , very similar to a one in a E-book

i recently purchased .

iam skinny dude with hight metabolism, am not really feeling going to the gym at the moment maybe i need to bulk first ?

yeah sure the stereoids are very tempting when you have been skinny all your life and you wanna see some change eventhought its side effects occur in later life.

am curious how one looks like after the Bulk face, somalis in reality will never get big due to their small bone structure.

either way am ready to get busy on EID day Very Happy

Man fock all those books.. they confuse the shit outta you. Laughing

Only read those when you reach an advanced stage or if you "hit a wall" (reach your natural maximum or a point where you find it hard to gain weight doing what you do) which you will at some point. Those books are written for people who dont do anything besides working out.

Anyway, right now he doesnt need any books.. maybe two-three years from now.. at first he needs to learn all the basics like eating properly and doing the right excersizes.

baby steps man, baby steps Laughing

Brotha E,

Sxb NEVER give up hope.. walaahay iyo bilaahay NO ONE!! And I mean NO..ONE! was skinnier than my lil bro (21).. he's been working out for two years straight now and has gained like 20-25 kg's (dont know how much ín pounds.. 40-50lb?).. anyway, like I said, that Somalis cant gain weight bullshit is a myth.

you won't be able to "bulk first". You'll just get fat, nothing more. And if you're not "feeling it" to put in the work, then you'll stay skinny. "No pain, no gain" (within reason of course)

Also, steroids are of NO benefit to the novice bodybuilder. You'll have to have plateaued first naturally before they can maximized to their full potential.

They'll work.. he might gain like 10-12kgs within a period of 8-10 weeks even as a beginner. I know my shit, trust me Laughing Havent done them myself but basically most of my training partners have.

Waryaa E, stay away from that crap. Trust me bro.. the effects wont come later in life.. some of them will come only days/weeks after your first shot. Like roid-rages and shit LOL.

I been working out over 15 years and I know my shit too and the book I mentioned is designed for novice up. It illustrates every exercise known to man, and how to do them properly. The Arnold book is advanced, but Tudor Bompa's book covers everything from diet, to metabolism to specific workouts. I wouldn't have recommended it if it I didnt know he'd benefit from it. As for juice, as a beginner he will gain weight and strength, but theyre actually designed to increase stamina and endurance, enabling one to work longer, heavier and for more reps. If he cant do one plate, juice wont help him much.

Man lets begin by stressing that there is no certain general effect of "juice". What works for someone might not work for others. It also depends on the product you use, the number of cycles you've done, the length of the cycles etc.

Having said that, I've seen people who worked out for months, did a coupla cycles.. and they get the exact same results as someone whos been working out for years meaning they can lift as much and sometimes even more depending on the drugs they've used and they are as big, maybe even bigger. But like I said, its all relative. And your strength and volume will decline once you get off cycle. You can keep some of that shit intact though if you take Novla or Clomid at the PCR.

My point is, if you do enough cycles, work out and eat properly, do PCR, then it'll work for u.

Anything is possible if you dont give a damn about your body Laughing

Also, as a newbeginner your body will respond fast to small doses of juice.

By the way you're right that SOME of them are made for stamina, but theres a variety of steroids. Most steroids are anabolic so they are not built for stamina. They are made to increase muscle mass. Deca, Test E, etc..

Laughing Laughing people are gonna think I'm a user now.

For the most part you're right. If your muscles are undeveloped, the testosterone spike WILL give an initial size and strength spurt, makin ya look bloated, but because of that underdevelopment, the growth spurt will surpass his abilities, quickly negating thoise growth spurts. Anabolics DO put on mass per se, but the PERMANENT strength gains are made from the added endurance and the ability to work harder, heavier and longer. Basically what im sayin is that to get the benefits, you STILL hafta do the work, no matter what you take.

"people are gonna think I'm a user now." No man, you wouldn't be a knowledgable trainer if you didnt research all facets of the sport. Wink
