Why you give your self great hope that the UCI will be implemented – and other states will follow or fall their hands.

You wake up from your dreams which are too far from reality. UCI were created to tuckle the thugs and warlords withing Hawiye-land where their troops are able to move freely.
Hence, They have no money, equipment or education to implement.
My urgent advice to you to stop fooling your self..e.i UCI will conquer there and so on and come up some rational thought.
