Gama,

It is another cultural practice that is supposedly has its benefits since they recite quran for the mother and the new born while also taking advantage of the gathering to feed people. I see no harm it in, however, I would rather just give money to the mosque or feed few people at friday prayers. Btw, I dont believe in xuuska C&C.

AW,

Most of my family in Mudug are either in Galkacyo iyo Galinsoor, so that is where that money is send. If it was another tuulo, I would see no problem send the money there either, for people are still in need there as well.

GAmadid,

The Ziyaaro was an important occasion that I looked forward to. I spent a considerable amount of my life out of Somalia and it was the one time I could mingle with toolka.

To this date, our failure to meet and pow wow like at the Ziyaaro is why we are weaker now than 20 years ago.

Ismahan,

I get progress reports for the school I fund. I see the future voters and party supporters for my candidacy.

Unlike any other Sacad leader, I will start my campaign in GalMudug.

Walahi This Rahanwein girl I have seen whose mother is Majerteen was so beautiful I still think of her sometimes. I met her in Seattle. Her body was well curved, with nice booty, long nose, average height, small waist. Besides, she had a nice demeanor and a sophisticated look. My stay was temporary but I cherish the time with her still.

Ismahan,

You reason like grandmothers do, what these old ladies sing in the event is contradictory to the Fatixa they read in their daily prayer. They call and pray to the prophet's daughter Fadumo and some other woman I can't recall. Oh yea, Abay XAWO? like the mother of all human beings. Anyway, there are legitimate ways to gather and eat, or gather and help someone, or recite Quran upon someone, this Abaay is not one of them.

Abdiwahab.

The most fervent clanists on somalinet and on all somali websites haven't seen the civil war or barely remember when it happened because they were babies. Yet, they are the most poisoned and blinded by all. Most of you clan loyalists can't even write somali properly, or seen the country for more than 20 years. Cajiib.

Anyway, back to Ziyaaro, I have never been to one back then and will never go to one. You are wrong to blame your weakness for the lack of attendance to Ziyaro. People are actually smarter not doing the pow wow dance. It is islamically wrong.

Gama,

I reason like grandmothers b/c I'm well past my thirties and grow up amongst many traditional grandmothers, so you are accurate there. Cool Anyways waxa ka sheegeyso about these gatherings is nothing like I ever heard off. The ones I have been to consist of quran recital and feeding people. However, what you said could very well be in existant too.
