who said Somalidiid election is democratic? Samaroon and HA always rig the election all the time. Zenawi does the same and Kibaki just did the same. Democrat isn't possible in Africa at all.

Even if they do election, the clan with most people will win, and the chances of other clans getting it is impossible

Anyways i dont think i should worry about whats going on in puntland cause it seems that somalia is doomed forever and never to return as it was before we should just focus on whats ruining our community and hopefully save the youth so that they dont become corrupted like the majority of the posters on here.

Any Somali citizen can be a Puntlander just like any American citizen can be a resident of Washington, Illinois and Ohio etc.. Puntland is a state inside Somalia and not a country! So how the fock can you be a citizen of a State?

Those 66 representatives are elected from districts they hail from and are elected to represent their people.. So for example, Qhardo district would put forward x amount of representatives and it would by evenly shared by the Qabils that reside there.. Basically these representatives represent their qabil so that every clan gets a say.. although some clans have more representatives than others since they are larger.
