We're talking about the existence of Somalia n the existence of a region( north west of Somalia)..anyway if ''Somaliland'' gets recgnised as a country so will Puntland, Jubbaland..etc. If you get my drift.

puntland jubbaland is part of the italian Somalia it was always part of the italian Empire
and has no reason To secceede from somalia because they cant live with out xammar there Juridistical capital is xammar
While hargeysa is the capital of the Woqoiyo of the nort that united with italian somalia in 1960
