The scholars agree "ill-conduct" reffers to her neglecting her Islamic duties. It doesn't apply to a woman who refuses to cook for her husband or clean for him, since there is no Islamic literature which proves this.

Its a good reason, I am not questioning that, just want to know whos tafsir your using, or which scholar...

I'v been to many classes on this and the 'ill-conduct' is translated as 'sexual mis-conduct', the hadith implies this so does the last qutba of the Prophet..
