Regret for your sins is a requirement for repenting.

1. Regret

2. Ceasing the sining.

3. Intention to not return to it.

Without any of these three conditions, repentence will not be accepted.

ibn qiyam said : sareegta ba ka tagheysa/ 7ayada ba qofka ka tageysa their face,
also was said the zina bring halak bey nafs[qalb] and faqr.
also you may find what you have did in your house hold.

you may repent but still some how you have to pay for it in other way that you may now even get connection or without knowing meel laga so ghalay.

zinada is very ugly sin, mala'ika fil 3arsh course you untill the sun comes on.
wa wah aad o foolhun, yaqyaqsi na ah.
i dont know how people make it easy.
shaitan ba o qurhinaya baan o maleyni.

My only problem is No. 1..the other 2 I can deal with. Insha Allah we will all be able to do so.

We really don't need to know that your future wife has had a few trains run on her.

Lool! Men sure have maaskaax yaar! waryaahe you were messing with her too! Don't act like you just found her in a strip joint!

Well I would suggest you find out about her past like did she cheat on her past ex's if she has a strong iman, what kind of values does she believe in etc... But most importantly ask Allah in satatul istiqara for guidance. One more thing when are you going to stop fooling around with her? she obvioulsy passed the driving test  You know what I find funny with Muslims nowadays, how do you expect Allah to bless your marriage if you started it off the wrong way? Good luck anyhow!

yu right the first one is harder because some scholrs say to rgret means to cry for you sins and feel very ashamedf them.
