I dont just pluck things out of thin air. Go to their forums, read their papers, even a lot of people here are saying exactly the same thing its not just me..including people who have first hand knowledge of it ..take a look at this thread http://somalinet.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=18&t=222029

It's difficult to digest I know..but once you connect the dots you will see..thats where it eventually leads.

Completely missed that thread? skimmed through and on the most part its nonsense. Sources include 2 females on youtube backing up your claims and a few articles with no credible sources. What your basically saying is a restricted mixing of the sexes is directly linked to the rise of homosexuality. According to you a agreed and great wisdom of Islam is leading to deviant practices? If that were the case would homosexuality be more prevalent in the muslim countries and not in non muslim countries where homosexuality is widely spread? On the most part people in that thread are expressing their cuqdad against Arab people.

I was just quoting your idiocy

in religious matters I believe firmly its a bidah.
And I sincerely believe there must be other ways to dress modesty as well instead of this tent.

thats my most important point.

by the way I also believe ES girl has issues
hope she finds true guidance and accepts it.
Here is the wife of the prophet, caaisha bint abi bakr, desrcibing how the wives of the prophet use to cover themselves in the presence of non-mahram male.
Male riders would pass by us while we (wives) were in the state of ihraam with the Messenger of Allaah (sallaahu alayhi was salem). When they would approach us, (each) one of us would let her jilbaab fall down from (the top of) her head over her face. And when they had passed on, we would uncover our faces"
reported by Ahmed and Ibn maadjah

After reading that, do you still believe it is bidcah? Or don't you know the meaning of bidcah?

I have never seen a niqabi in the USA. Anyways I agree there should be a fatwa against it. It is not Islamic so there is no reason to wear it and for the general safety and security of the population it should be banned. How many thieves in Somalia have been caught wearing the niqab? Besides I am sure that most of the women who wear it because they believe it is Islamicly rooted and they are being better Muslimas because of it.

ArabNews Overview
The First English Daily Newspaper in Saudi Arabia
Published simultaneously from Jeddah, Riyadh and Dhahran

In 1975 Saudi Research & Publishing Co. (SRPC) launched the first Saudi English-language daily newspaper, ArabNews. For more than a quarter of a century ArabNews has been breaking cultural barriers and unifying Arabs and non-Arabs alike in responding to their need for information. ArabNews has evolved successfully into the well respected, leading paper it is today.
From its initiation, the paper has been serving the interests of both the Saudis and a large expatriate community and in consequence introduced them to each other. The challenge which is successfully accomplished each morning is meeting the needs of the different cultural communities which make up the diverse population of the Kingdom. ArabNews offers regional news from Europe, America, India, Pakistan, Philippines and other Middle Eastern countries in English for the heterogeneous mix of its loyal readers. Local news, business news, sports and features are provided for all, unlike other newspapers which may be serving a homogeneous audience.
Circulation: 51.768 (ABC, January-June 1998)
Distribution: Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar, Oman, Near East, North Africa, Europe and USA
SPRC, established 1972, has become one of the most important publishing groups in the Arab world. Since then, the list of publications has grown to include 18 daily, weekly and monthly newspapers and magazines, all leaders in their respective fields in the Arab and non-Arab world.

------------

Saudi Daily published from Jeddah, Riyadh & Dhahran and continues to be distributed with in that country and beyond.
You cannot get any more credible than that.

Plus Nobleman go to their Local English forums..they are discussing this issue in great detail wondering why it seems to be sweeping their schools amongst the teenagers especially...next time instead of denying this actually speak to people who are from these countries or other foreigners who have studied with these people.

What's with the name calling and all these things? How many of you guys actually support the niqaab? Englightened maybe you need to work on your presentation because there seems to be a lot of ambivalence toward you personally.
