Lamagodle you remind me of tow somalis during my university years who spoke like you all the time, they always said what women need to hear and not one believes or even makes sense. Anyway those guys use to take Women Studies courses, are you one of them.

Gender imbalances are not necessarily the product of entrenched patriarchy. There are innate biological differences between men and women. Women are more into nurturing, risk averse and more cooperative. Where are as men are more competitive, risk-taking and aggressive. Even countries that have achieved better gender equality, like Scandinavian countries, women continue to self-segregate into traditional female roles - care-takers and nurturers. It is not coincidence that most primary school educators are women.

Actually, it is. If we look at historical data.

True that there are biological differences, but, how does that affect career choices? Isn't that a social construction?
