Because Arab and Asian fathers are actively involved in their daughters lives, because Arab and Asian brothers look out for their sisters. That's why. Also, a lot of the young Somalis who were born and raised abroad are dealing with various issues one of them being identity. Most Arab and Asian children have the luxury of going back home to their native lands and thus they foster a sense of belonging. A Syrian girl will not empathize with the plight of Somalis because she is Syrian, she identifies with her own because she probably has been back home,her parents have probably transmitted the culture to her.
