Not out of Somalinimo , we were part of the Somali republic thus we deserve that its our hard earned tax money the fuck you talking about , Somali republic should have been our country we dont owe afweyne anything.

As for the British they did nothing also due to reer miyega reer SL , most SL elders said we dont want an university the brits wanted to build the biggest university. SL akilis and sultans were always very suspicious of the English. So the British build the university in Sudan. What you on about worship. last time i checked the people of SL were 100% Muslim and worship only Allah have u not seen their flag with the shahaada.

Ceaser yes i am not from GABILEY AND U ARE NOT FROM SOMALILAND AND is not ciise

Lies lies again the Hargeysa prison was build in 1963 way before afweyne came to power, and the second prison was build in 2001. The old prison in down town hargeysa was build in 1963 the Afweyne regime just modernized it even though during the war it was severely damaged.

Why would Isaaq not want a university if they were the most "qualified" this doesn't make any sense  Again it proves my point that the British didn't build somaliland much in terms of infrastructure so you're digging a deeper hole for yourself.
Khalid Ali wrote:It is true isaaqs were to over qualified in the 1960's even a darod agreed to that abdiraq haji hussien, civil servants were all from isaaq qabiil

You try your best but your knowledge about the region is very limited. I can see you learning though so don't give up.
I doubt anyone on SNET can match the knowledge of Galbeed I have, I am a reer Galbeedi through and through.
Just because I don't mention on every thread what I know, doesn't mean I don't know.
You can try and catch up though if you work hard. After you are done eating kefto with those habashis and all that other malayacni stuff you do.
Hawdian wrote:
The Zeila proposal for Haud was actually spearheaded by the Isaac chiefs. Remember the anti-Isaac sentiment was strong there for few decades due to Haji Sharmarke's offensive against the Zeilaians. He brought the whole city to its knees. The locals resented the Isaac for the actions of a business man.
That's a nice story, but historically incorrect. Are these the fairy tales that are told at night in certain households. Unbelievable!
Also Haji Shermake was just a Turkish figure head, If I were just to talk about him now, that will take another thread, I'll make a proper thread about him later (don't worry). But he was put in place by the Turks. Not "Isaaq might" or any other lie that was spearheaded on snet.

Also Britain and Abyssinia making deals about Zeila had nothing to do with Isaaq, I see everything the British and Habesh plotted during those times you claimed for your tribe, how silly. I can refute all of them swiftly so watch what you claim. We are not all uneducated fools.
Unless Sir Robert Vansittart who was working for the Interests, of England and their "league" which was a stepping stone to become the United nations, was a member of the Isaaq tribe, married an Isaaq woman, had Isaaq bastard children, or was in any way assimilated I'm not sure how can you can claim Britain and Abyssinian deals which undermine somali people, as an Isaaq plot.

Hawdian wrote:So the Isaac were happy to throw away the resentful town in exchange for their grassing land. The British agreed and the mission was given to a man named Rennell Rodd. The British asked him to deliver the message and deal on behave of Britain and the Isaac chiefs. It became known as the Rodd Mission.
Again more fairy tales, In fact the Isaaq weren't happy with the British, nor did they negotiate this "zaylac transfer" at all. it was Sir Robert Vansittart .
All their years of boot licking (Isaaq) and they didn't have anything to show for it.They were insanely jealous of Italian Somalia and all the wonders the Italians have built for Somalia. I present this source lol. If they could negotiate land deals, why couldn't they with their immense power over the British make them develop their land properly? Your fairy tales are laughable

Hawdian wrote:If it was solely British initiative they would have offered them other things than the resentful Zeila that whine about Sharmarke.
I am personally glad the mission failed even though Zeila is useless too to Somaliland.
The British are very cheap people, as noted they didn't really build much for somaliland so why would they give more to the Abyssnians? It was something called appeasement.
You should thank Siad Barre for refining Berbera port though, that was very noble of him giving it an update don't you think? Lol don't change u history. Truth will always be shown.
Wow you absolutely single handedly destroyed the argument of these eydoors, British did nothing for them yet they still scream ingiris caadow caadil ba tahay :russ:

Siad barre built more for them like berbera port, hargeisa grand theatre etc yet they hate em while British spent all their money for SL exhausted by Mujahid Sayid Maxamad :pac:

I'm still waiting for proof.

Facts,

1. Afweyne did not build anything of value in Somaliland.
2. The Afweyne regime can't claim what the Soviets and the Chinese built in SL.
3. The British did more in terms of infrastructure, health and education. Ever since the colonial development and welfare act was passed in the British parliament in 1945, colonel Jamesson who was the chief of civil affairs in the East African command propagated for and worked effortlessly to create and expand medical, educational and civic institutions throughout SL something Afweyne did not. As Gacanyare pointed out, the British were more than willing to build the greatest and largest university in Africa in Somaliland but since the Isaaq elders opposed most people who wanted higher education had to travel to Great Britain.

I know my karbash was too much, you have gotten temporary amnesia at the facts I dropped, even when I indicated to you to read the two sources I dropped. Why not do a direct reply? I would like to see a proper reply to my claims.
Siad Barre helped build the north, unmistakable fact, whether or not he used russian or other help, it is what it is. If a gaal hand helped would it make you feel better?
Why are you so ashamed that Siad Barre did more for your people, then the British did?

And for your "university" claim, I'll just used Khalid Ali's retarded words! :D

Khalidali wrote:As for the British they did nothing also due to reer miyega reer SL , most SL elders said we dont want an university the brits wanted to build the biggest university. SL akilis and sultans were always very suspicious of the English.
SL elders were against free universities from the British. How do you refute this? The only time the British was willing to build something your elders said no. Is that not retardnimo? But all the other things you allowed the british to do was fine as well, importing wines and beers, but not education. How crazy.

Here is the deal, there is no ample proof the Isaaqs denied the university. I am not convinced from ramblings of embarrassed people.

Knowing the history of the british and how frugal they were with somaliland, they (British) might not even had enough money in their budget to build it. Since they spent most of it fighting the Darawish.

I hereby state Bring proof Isaaqs rejected a free university rather then "he said she said" because it makes your people look foolish.
Anyways, everything you and Khalid ali has written continues on with my source, which states The British really didn't build anything for Somaliland.
As everyone all knows.
But when Siad barre builds something The Slanders, years later call him afweyne, unbelievable! Dare I say it, you didn't deserve Siad Barre's mercy of him allowing russians to build Berbera port. (They had to get his okay first before they build anything) you should be thanking him.

Also provide sources the British ever did anything for Somaliland, in terms of infrastructure what did they build, by all means educate us. Try and change history in 2014 I would like to see you try.

From what we know so far, for 75 years the Brits were in somaliland they have built neither a chimney nor rail, some ramshackle ford cars, which have seen better days. They also did nothing for the country, except give it away ( your precious Hawdka ) and the privilege of being the Queen's orphans.
