For women it's generally the same thing. Just be fit, watch what you eat and don't go whoring around. While a man would have no problem having sex with you, he'd never marry you because it'd be considered a risk. Both sexes can also work on their charm/charisma/personality and knowledge in Art, Science and History. I'm sure you get the gist of it now. The issue is whether people are willing to commit the effort and discipline in achieving their maximum Sexual Economic Value.

You have articulated your points impeccably. These two quotes are SNET all-time great material.
But, however, you have raised a great point outside this sexual attraction debate. The real difference between the guy who gets women/laid and the guy who doesn’t usually is effort.
Yes, getting muscle, dressing sharp, eating healthy, getting excellent education, being charismatic and even social is hard. However, the human male is an amazing species. Thanks to testosterone, any male can become “alpha” if he desires or generally wants to; all it takes is effort.
But this is the underlying issue. Men are tremendously logical creatures. Everything they do, subconsciously or consciously, they develop a cost benefit analysis. Is the effort worth the reward? Basically, is doing all this for woman worth it? Is the reward at the end sex (10-15 mins of short pleasure casually) or relationship (money sucking commitment) worth the labour (gym, education, dressing well, hygiene and so on)?
I think a lot of Western males are realizing no. It is not worth the effort. Modern women aren’t simply worth the chase. All this hard work just to smash a female and become number 22 in her list isn’t worth it and no man wants wife a sloppy seconds (Hence why foreign wives is a huge thing now).
Men in the West are now slowly withdrawing from society because of this. They have found things to satisfy their worldly needs and have other alternatives as well. They have drugs, prostitution, video games, porn and other blokey things to do. Also most men are minimalistic by heart; they don’t need much to survive or don’t really need “love or affection” hence why they can support this lifestyle so easily and freely. You will be hard press to find a broke single man barring economic destitute. No sex before marriage was society’s hostage tactics towards men to make them play ball and have a healthy society. Since this has been removed, if anything, men have been freed and society will greatly suffer from it.
Society as a whole as turn their back on men especially young men. They have given them no guidance and support. Society is built on the hard labour, creativity, enthusiasm and desire of men and especially young men. Once men and again I empathize young men realize the game is rigged against them and they withdraw and chase their own needs over the collective good of society; game over. Civilisation itself will collapse.
You and sophisticate might be debating sexual attraction but you both missing the key point; the future survival of society(The West).
It's getting harder and harder to find a real woman in this day and age.
