I don't understand how anyone could chew that disgusting stuff. It ruins your health, destroys ur teeth and is known to cause psychosis and other mental illness in people.

I remember last summer, the day after Hassan sheikh forbid military and police from chewing during work.. We walked past a pick up with 7-8 militarpolice chewing.. My relative commented " I thought Hassan sheikh forbid you guys from chewing" one of them replied; eedo, Hassan sheikh minoo jaad noo diido wuu dhacaa.

Because we don't have an institution that can implement the law, whatever rules we make doesn't worth the paper it is written on.
