basra i am 37 years young, physically, but i feel 16.. alxamdulilah.

the only disadvantage of good diet and exercise is the related boost in sex drive.
Now this can be a problem.

sometimes i remember fondly , my massive belly, man tits and low sex drive..

Again this Grant is presenting a hypothesis as facts.

Linguists are now even suggesting that Proto Cushitic is older than 6000 BCE because pastoral related loanwords that are of proto North Cushitic origin (Proto Beja) are found in ancient Sudanic (Nilo-Saharan languages). These terms are estimated to be from around 6500 BCE when a certain type of cattle was introduced to the Nilo-Saharan speakers indicating that the breakup of Cushitic language family was already taking place.

So wether you like it or not Cushitic is indigenous to northeast Africa and Horn of Africa. Proto Berber and Proto Egyptian was also spoken in this area specifically northeast Africa.

Afrasan languages ("Afro-Asiatic") were spoken in the Nile valley before the first Nilo-Saharan speakers arrived and there's no trace of Khoisan speakers.


Btw, have you learned the difference between Cushitic and Kush (Kushites)?
