I helped my elderly neighbor move some furniture yesterday. Miiskinta is like 80yrs old with no kids.

Ismahan.. i will treat my woman the same way as i approach her ..were as most somali guys... at first its abaayo then after marriege it nayaa.... and i suspect we have one here......

KK, I agree with you that some men do change colors after marriage. To bad its their lose, only some women fall for that though and remain in that sort of marriage.

I definitely proud to be educated and have my own thing going on. But my family at home( husband and kids) will alwayz come first in anything I do.

Ismahan, good to see that you have got your priorities straight unlike some other educated somali ladies here...

But would you know .. what sort of things a typical somali man considers a special somali breafast in the mornings/?

I would be very modernized about sharing responsibilaties... but the woman has so know the somali tradtional wify approach the everyday life other wise it aint right...

thnx KK, having your priorities set is important in life.

As for I typical somali breakfast...i would love to cook whatever tickles his pickle. However, I would go for Canjeero with some sauteed kidney cooked to perfectionor may be with oodka. Served with tea or coffee to his perference. Maybe some fruits and glass of milk. otherwise, pancakes are always an option with me.

Please do help me understand though the concept of the traditional somali wifey approach to everyday life.

Your certainly on the rightdirection but most would prefer Beer over kilyo.. s
