Maybe she isn't Muslim.
May she is a Tunisian Jew or Christian.
Or maybe she doesn’t believe that the concealing of her hair will increase her modesty.
Either way she has a right to be uncovered.

Approximately 98 percent of the population of Tunisia is nominally Muslim*. It's highly probable she's Muslim. In a future (hopefully, near future) Tunisia where Sharia' is the rule of law, she won't have the right to be uncovered.

I have no issue with your photos union. What is more surprising is photos like the below, which would be unheard of under the tyranny of Ben Ali. Now people can truly live as they see it fit. You mad?

Why would I be mad? I have always fully supported secularism, freedom of speech, liberty of conscious, and the right of the people to democratically elect their government. These are the very ideals which Islamists denounce as being contrary to the fundamentals of their beliefs. The new Tunisia will have a constitution that embodies these ideals, and will be governed under a secular system. I am truly overjoyed.

Also props for Ennahada for electing a hijabless female parliamentarian.
