Actually slavery is blessing from Allah wal Jala, you see those women and children would have been brutally gangraped by the victorious force. 1. There is no discrimination in Islam, the slaves were majority arab, there was some romans, jews, absinniyians but these were not that much.
2. You cannot be unjust to slave in Islam, you have to give him proper food, etiquette you can't beat them there are very just conditions.

Well I'm sure you can't just force your way with a slave girl, just like you can't do that with your wife. But both females are obligated to be intimate with the their husband/owner but it has to be in a matter of respect when coming together, not a "wham bam thank you ma'am" manner.
