Now what the Ogaden elder is saying is that let us include Bay and Bakool in the mix because that would be fair. Let us make a real Jubaland Administration which inclus both Ultra and Lower Jubbas. Look at it this way; I merely listed the Somalia Parliament seats in 2012. I did not explain, I did not claim to know the formula, etc. Immediately you labeled me insecure for no reason OTHER THAN transmitting the seat make up but you immediately at the same time 1.) made a time comparisan as if to put one over me and 2.) try to bring a delusional rationale to explain how the 2012 came to be.
