I just spoke with my source. You are right the board will be releasing the funds, but they don't execute anything. They get the programs and then sign off jointly.

The actual management of the deal will be executed by the Financial Management Unit which will choose how the money is allocated, choose the projects, divide the money, keep track of dispensing, and then report on the outcomes to the Board.

The FMU will be held by the PhD Marehan guy I said above ans he has 9 employees.

It is funny because the FMU and the total deal will be held accountable by an auditor-general which was given to the a really close relative of mine. I am talking very close. He is a Financial Analyst with Boeing and a CPA holder. He was interviewed in June and given the job in August. He hasn't accepted yet. He would have 4 employees under him in this position.

Under them will be the project management group who will physically carrying out what is decided by the FMU and so they do things like hire the companies, and implement what is decided by the FMU.

To this point they have a legitmate gripe against this Government as they have been completely ignored, disregarded by the Government while Somaliland is being wooed. These are unionists who's concerns should be taken very seriously.

Wrong. Bohol is not the only settlement we have in Xudun district, Sool but many others some of of them new like Ceel La heelay, Docolaha,
Sabowanaag. During the local elections in Somaliland, elections took place in all of those settlements in Xudun district.

A new settlement in Xudun district, Sool.

Obviously the Board will not be managing the Day to Day New Deal work but they solely will be the people who will decide where the money goes and we actually pretty much have an idea of where most of the money will be going in such areas as Security, Health, Job Creation, Education and Construction. I have no clue who is the Marehan PHD holder you are speaking of or who ever is the source telling you this. What i can assure you is that no one has been offered any Job yet on the board or the lower level management.

How is it going Twisted?

Osob, I can tell there is an "entitlement" attitude in your demeanor (don't if it's just because you are developing country cultured or because the President is Abgaal?) but your seeming irritation comes off as "xigsasho".

I don't work and have no interests ever to work for the Somali public sector nor even where I live. Have contacts or the level of does nothing for me. It only matters to people who beg in, network within, and wish to survive in that system it matters to.

I understand this issue because, like I said, it is a close family member I am actually meeting for lunch on Friday to talk to thm about the job and whether they should accept. I don't know if it was letter or contract, but there was a salary offer within the papers as well and it was extensive.

Beyond that, this side discussion is closed on my part. It doesn't need you confirmation nor my testimony.

Excuse me? Beg for what exactly? Unlike you people who sit in the west sitting in your comfortable homes some of us left our comfortable lives in the west and are working to better our nation. You asked me a question and i told you what i know. You stated you have read emails and saw letters which would obviously mean that you have a high insider connection. As for the President hate to bust your bubble but he is also your President and dont bring the while bullshit that am American please LOL. Ohh btw i will gladly be labeled as reer Baadiya because that would be an honor.

Osob-

I'm sorry sister. I just thought you were being condescending with the letters thing because I really don't have insider links into this present government and I didn't claim. I don't even care about Somalia to be honest and haven't for a while and applaud you if you do care.

Good up the good work.
