Sometimes I feel like crying. I know what is done to babies. I also know what has been done to the Somali people.
I have coping mechanisms. I don't watch television as I have stated before in another thread. I have not watched television shows, apart from documentaries, for over a year. You will notice some of the theme songs of TV shows that I have posted.I watch some of my favorite theme songs for nostalgia. I also listen to music.
I meditate and go walking in nature. I love sunshine! I also love eating good food.
