Enlightened Sista again you have shown that you have no proof.

Indeed u have commited a grave sin by Slandering a great Ulema of our times.

Because of this i vow to refute you in all matters in which you are incorrect!

You have proven yourself to be ignorant and proud sister to i say to you once again repent.

As for you making a topic regarding the jilbab...are you kidding me?
You make me laugh with your pretentious knowledge...are you not the same person who said 'hijab is not wajib'?

inshallah in your topic i will refute you once again...inshallah provide proof this time of your deviant views.

Asalaamu Aliekum Wa Rahmatulahi Wa Barakaatu,

May the peace and blessings be upon our prophet and messenger mohammed (saw), his family and companions Ameen

I have not read this whole thread, as it has reached 10pages, i managed to read the first three Alhamdulilah.

I just want to remind myself first and formost then everyone else that Islam is based on five pillars and after the declaration of faith is SALAAH. This is the way to get close to Allah swt, after establishing the 5 daily prayers at their appointed times, I swear by Allah whose hand my soul is in, you will find everything to become easy. I.e. HIJAAB. When you pray your salaah and truely understand for whose sake you are doing it, Allah draws near to you.

Reading about the great women and men who fought for this Deen will leave you marked, go out tomorrow purchase a book from islamic book shop, sincerly read it in a quiet area, ponder and reflect.

Alhamdulilah by the permission of Allah we are muslims, so as muslims don't think that we shouldnt ask for Guidence, how else do you think we can move up in our deen. So InshAllah always ask Allah swt to guide you to the straight path.

One last thing, sorry...Remember that Islam came in stages, therfore you will not instantly change over night, establish what is obligtory on you, and when you fight shaytaan and you are strong in it, step up and establish the Sunnah of our beloved Prophet saw, because Rasul saw said that NONE of you shall enter paradise, untill i become more beloved to you then ones father, mother, children, spouse and the whole of humanity. And his companion Umar Ibn Khattab r.a said Ya RasullAllah, i love myself more, the Prophet saw said, you should love me even more than your ownself. SubhaAllah.

So brother and sisters know the Importance of Quran and Sunnah hand in hand.

May Allah guide us all to the Haqq Ameen

Jazakalah khayr ukhtii for the great reminder and yes you are both correct and its best to end this once and for all...inshallah i have been a bit hot-headed fearing that this sister might mislead people but ultimately only Allah guides and misguides.

May Allah forgive us for this argument and He guide the whole Ummah inshallah.

Once again Im forced into this argument by who other than UponSalafiyyah!!! i have told you im ending my involvment here and yet u continue to address me..whats wrong with you? even accusing me of stuff i didnt even say..when did i say hijab is not wajib? i challenge you to bring the damn proof!!

im not proud and im not arrogant but your socalled scholar i hate more than anything else in this world.!! no wonder countless scholars have warned us against him..and his fitnah!! ppl cna find out for themselves if they want..anyways the topic is not your socalled extremist scholar but hijab/jilbab/abaya whatever other garb there is..anyways im DONE here..so get that message and dont address me on here again coz im not coming back to this thread.

ISTAGFURULAAH .. Sisters!!

Say; Acudubillahi MiniShaydaani Rajeem --- and spit to your left three times. Loooool..

No, seriously subhanaallah .. what is with all the anger? This is the work of the shaydaan, if two people can not agree on something then agree to disagree for the sake of Allah.. If either one of you does this first, MashaAllah the reward InshaAllah will be great. Make make duc'aa that which ever one of you is right may Allah increase the knowledge of the other and if you are wrong then may Allah forgive you and make it easier for you to be upon the right path and make duc'aa for eachother.

I havent even read all the pages.. but my goodness, calm down. The religion of Allah is not this aggressive or bitter. Theres no use in refuting with one another.

Because the intensions behind the topic were all wrong. The topic starter come up with a beautiful subject, the Hijaab. But the discussion put forward was evil. Why not start a topic about the virtues of Hijab and the beauties? Why is it so negative?, this is why I kept away. The first initial point was ruine not afterwards.. The Agenda was poison and it spread. Nothing to do with the two sisters arguing afterwards.. :|

Somalis unfortunately blindly follow Islam without first understanding the religon themselves. I've noticed they believe anything a muslim scholar says and doesn't question their intention. Jilbaab/niqaab are ARAB clothes. You don't see any other women who wear those things besides Arab women. I am not an Arab wannabe and I will never wear those article of clothing.

I am a Somali women and I don't have to change my identity/culture just because I am muslim. Sorry, but I am getting sick of the Arab ass lickers that some Somalis have become.

Asalamu Aleikum

If your culture is in contradiction with your Deen then you must leave that which contradicts it. InshAllah.

Just to remind you that anyone that says:
'There is no God but Allah and Mohammed (saw) is his slave and messenger' is a Muslim as far as we are concered, Allah knows best what is in their heart so we leave it to Him (swt). We cannot call them a Kafir unless they openly pronounce Kufur. Little do we know but some people actually say they are muslim and then declare that HIJAB is not wajib and is not part of islam and is some Arab culture... this is an act of Kufur. And may Allah protect us from this.

Brothers and Sisters, Allah knows best what is in your heart, forget everyone else, if you do one thing in front of people and another when alone, who are you deciving? only yourself...

Do something about it today InshAllah.
