Ive just done a quick search. Bamyah or baamiye is from arabic. Maluukhiye can be a wider term for 'slimy' vetables (in east africa, midle east, north africa, south asia) but it is also the only word used for Okra in Marroco.

No qamandi and sareen are two distinctly different things. Maybe the picture is not clear but qamandi is wheat and sareen is barley me thinks.
