I understand, however while I'm not too optmimistic, I have not really seen any qabqables so far in the parliment or the speaker. Even Marehan Had one of their heros Gen Ahmed Warsame rejected even though He was only engaging in defense of Gedo.

yea go preach to someone else. There's nothing patriotic about him. He's been absent for over 20 years and hasn't done anything for anyone. He's nothing more than a puppet

2nite I am having a dinner with 4 presidential candidates (hint my avatar), 8 MPs and a host of other top figures. I want to befriend all the hotshots so that we can sell services to the new gov.

What is good about Sharif Hassan is that he is not a tribalist - he does his stunts with friends, not clansmen He'll go into history books as the smartest politician in recent Somali history. His friends and foes agree on that. It took all all Hawiye and Darod, plus many D&M, Dir and other clans to subdue him. He is still alive too.

Calling him a thief while hailing his likes as heroes is not gonna sell

He just didn't have the right cards, Darood without MJ is useless, and hawiye would never scope to a speakership in their own turf

Murax, it is unpredictable/up in the air. I am sure it is going to be fun to watch though Today, Ali Khalif jumped the ship as soon as it hit he iceberg, deciding not to go to the second round Surprises like this can happen too.

It seems the mastermind Shariff Saakin has been outplayed by Shariff Ahmed. Hats off to the Dugsi teacher, perhaps he is smarter than we think? I got a feeling that Sheikh Shariff will return as President with Abdiwali as his MP it will be a case of more of the same
I'm rooting for Farmaajo but I doubt he'll make it, even Baadiyow would be good. Anybody that can smash the MJ-Abgaal alliance has my support.
