Also, have you tried the avocado smoothie?
P/O
Kali is way easier for me and I've better success. I use at least 10 herbs and spices to bring it to my desired taste.
And oh my Lord lets not talk about that avocado smoothie, looked very promising but came out gross...there was grease floating on top it that's possible.. I didn't like the taste
Lol @ grease, how did you make it?

cherine,
lol.. I did not eff up a smoothie..avocado smoothie is eff'd up.
I know of it's health benefits and I do incorporate it into our diet, just not in liquid form. somethings gross me out when liquified..like drinking tomatoe juice..I just can't bring myself to drink that

but others do it anyways and love it's taste.. oh well
P/O,
I followed the recipe similar to what cherine said, and yes it was very greasy.. not for me.. In liquid form that is.

I don't understand where grease comes into the picture. Milk, avocado, sugar to taste. Very simple, looks like any other kind of smoothie.

Random but hooyo made avocado smoothie today it tasted great.
Got some raspberries to experiment and make it a bit more tangy...now that I think about it, yoghurt might have worked better. Anyway I'll try it in the next couple of days and let you know if the experiment was successful

Successfully made homemade udon noodles and no one died or gotten sick.
Used regular white flour.
For the noodles
2 cups of the flour
enough warm water and pinch of salt.
No machines involved at all.
Put the flour in big bowl, add salt and water slowly as u mix.
The kneading is what makes or breaks this. The longer, the better.
After u r satisfied and u took out all the air,in a ziplock bag, leave it in the fridge for few hours.
When u r ready to cook.Knead some more.Using little bit of flour, flatten the dough on the counter to the thickness u want. Play it safe and make it as thin as u can to make it easier in cooking it.
By now,u should have ur desired topping/sauce ready when u start to boil the noodles.
I made seafood medley stirfry for it.

Btw added raspberries, it achieved the goal - less fatty taste and a bit lighter
But too many seeds, although they have a lot of health benefits, it got the popular vote but still not doing that again.
