Count me in ladies.
I'm going to start drinking warm lemon-honey drink first thing in the mornings from tomorrow on Inshallah. Hopefully go back to jogging too, If I can roll myself out of bed that is. What else.... Oh and cut out tea and sugary snacks altogether...

Some at home fitness using your own body weight. I like the tabata 7 minutes workout done several times over the course of the day at work and combined with 1/2 hr to 45 minutes walking after work.

Welcome Niya, Amira143, InaSamaale
the more the merrier
I stop working out like roughly 10 or 11 days ago.
Working at the gym sucks. The weight is not coming off. I discovered i am probably weight training wrong. My hair is wreck from all the repeated washing. I was so close to waist length hair. All this time invested traveling to the gym, changing, preparing etc it's so time consuming. It eats up so many hours of my week . It's also expensive. I can keep complaining. but I will stop
New plan LOOOL the story of my weight lost journey
I am going to talk to a maybe some sort of specialist. Maybe a dietitian. I already contacted someone . just waiting for a response
I decided I am going to back and do some hobbies I enjoy. I love walking and taking pictures. Those are enjoyable physical activities. The weather is really great now so that's on my do list. I am also considering a taking a self defense classes . I have wanted to do that for long time and i just need to come up with plan to make it happen.
Anyways that my update and my goals.
All the best ladies

I'm doing alright, haven't been to the gym in a while but I do a have a few equipment at home I've been using. Plus, I've found some fitness buddies YAAY Alhamdulillaah. We've been eating and working out together at home, this has really helped me stay focused..

So I am going back to excersize regularly today inshallah. My goal is to walk for 45mins today. I am Setting a new goal for the rest of my life. I will not take break from excersizing for more then 3 weeks for the rest of my life. Waiting 2 or 4months is to long. This my new goal. I am back in this thread .

Waa salamantahiin dhamaan,
I've been gone for a minute but now I'm back again. I am happy to see that you have kept the momentum going. I have a confession to make I fell off the wagon. I have been mad busy, pasta and bread binge+ no exercise for a month= Return of the Calool...saga continues.
I pretty much put back on the weight I've worked so hard to lose. Back to 60 kgs my goal weight is 56 kgs. Anyhow I am using Ramadan as a reboost, getting myself on track with eating healthy. Not exercising tho, Insha'Allah ill get back on that ba3dal Ramadan.
Keep me in your prayers in this blessed month Insha'Allah. Stay blessed!
