How do I stop making this chronic gossiping old hag stop talking to me at all about non work related stuff especially personal stuff like when will I get marry? plans for my annual leave? I've stopped saying hello and goodbyes, and I avoid going on the same break times even though sometimes you just have to. I don't want to change jobs because it's my mission to make both of us suffer together

Nubian, it's so easy to do that, but after finding out daily gossip about me, am disgusted by her sight, I sometimes force myself out of hello. But for the most part I try to avoid her.. It's just super uncomfy especially since this individual formed a clique within the workplace hence why her gossiping ways has flourished. She hides humour with her gossip that's why her clique are more drawn to her. I avoid her, and her clique. Her clique got the hint and don't talk to me about non work related stuff they left for the old hag to fish out some gossip material

Unfortunately, most females are like that, so best to avoid them.

I have already done that and I got some jobs which I didn't take coz I questioned if I will end up in a much worser environment than this (I don't think its possible). Am staying just to make both of us suffer till an opportunity I can't resist comes along.
