Nubian, it's so easy to do that, but after finding out daily gossip about me, am disgusted by her sight, I sometimes force myself out of hello. But for the most part I try to avoid her.. It's just super uncomfy especially since this individual formed a clique within the workplace hence why her gossiping ways has flourished. She hides humour with her gossip that's why her clique are more drawn to her. I avoid her, and her clique. I have already done that and I got some jobs which I didn't take coz I questioned if I will end up in a much worser environment than this (I don't think its possible).
