-Pacific wild sockeye salmon steak, spinach salad (spring spinach, carrots, celery, cucumber & red onions) and sauteed veggies (broccoli, asparagus & green beans).
Paleo all the way.

I'm battling a nasty flu and getting by on soups & powerade the past couple of days.
*Fish tail soup with carrots, celery, fresh ginger, shallots & vegetable broth.
I noticed vegetable broth adds texture & consistency to soups that you can't easily replicate with maggi cubes/chicken bullion & it's often without the MSG.
I'm battling a nasty flu and getting by on soups & powerade the past couple of days.
