You forgot the great Ilka -Yar soccer player for Jubada Hoose team. I think his name was Maxamuud Yare or something like that. He used to play fullback and used to wear #4 .He played the same time span the likes of Khaliif Riiko, Jaahuur and C/Samad were playing. He was a good friend of one of my cousins. He was another true Ilka-Yar Kismaayo native.

Cawlyahan did thier best but they were up against an entire government in defending Baardheere. The current Cawylyahan Ugaas was the first Auliyahan sultanate inaugurated a city other than Baardheere. I blame the other Absames for not helping Auliyahan against the Afwayne regime. Remember that Ilka-yars are sarounded by Absame and sometime in the future, we will reclaim Baardheere.

Maxamuud Yare lives in Chicago? How about the old and bold guy he used to play defense with him and wore number #5; I think his name was C/laahi Xaaji or something like that. You remember Siciid Galti? How about the #10 Baajuun guy, very talented ineed. Back in the days in Kismaayo before the Ilka-Yars planted Quule in the city.
