Luq, I don't know, I know ilmo bixi and some other maxamed siyaad live there, lakiin we are the undisputed majority in seattle. But my relatives in ohio are not reer-siyaad, they are wagerdhac, haber-cise and celi.


Warsame, I feel insulted by your comment. Tan kale, reer-siyaad as a whole have been the leaders of beesha SADE, lakiin we had not had one individual step up like the two barres of reer kooshin. Lakiin, from a qabil prospective, we reer-siyaad have more power then most SADE clan in decision making.

what about Reer Xassan Presence?

I went there last summer and the place expanded from the last time I was there. We have a bah there and three brothers along with tons of relatives including habaryaro and assorted relatives. First time I went there was 2001 with my dad and I remember thinking how ghetto the place was, but when I went there last summer all I was thinking was how much development was going on. They also have the best businesses I have ever seen for Somalis. When I first when there in 2001, Global mall was not built and Aaran shopping center was just expanding now its like whoah.


I remember "Sade barbershop" and thinking how proud they are but then found out the guy who owned it was named Sade too.

I am definitely visiting it again in winter or something. I want to see it in snow since I hate the heat.
