That video looked nothing like ethnic Somalis, I can reassure you those were Bantus.

Cilmiile, the only phony term that comes out of your mouth is "cuqdad" . Do you even know how to read a topic title? It is funny that you consider this ugly history whilst you continue expose "shameful" Isaaq history and accuse them of gaalo-raac. You pick one, either any Somali history shames you, or only a particular [clan's] history shames you.
It says: "An ugly part of our History". It was 'Somaliweyn's continous indenial that lead me to post this video. Prior to that, I considered it a shameful history that should be forgetten.
Anyways, I misjuged the actual date. Since the footage showed the Bimaal warriors, I guessed it around that date but it is actually 1923. It doesn't give the actual governer name.
Data: 00/01/1923
Durata: 00:02:15
Titolo proprio: Somalia
Titolo assegnato: La visita del governatore

The response was out of all proportion to the offense. And besides that I dont see Hawiye there. I see Somalis of all stripes shaming themselves in front of the hateful Saancaddaale.
A more adequate response would have been to search for a Hawiye stooge singing the praises of Gaalo or some fawning letter written by their chiefs or something. Not throwing this blanket of Shame on all Somalis.

[quote="Warsame101"]One member (Somaliweyn) could not believe that Somalis ever danced and waved at the colonalists.
Well here is a footage that actually dispells that misconception:

Cilmiile,
Don't flatter yourself, we both know you had some unfinished business Warsame, this was just an opportune moment to hit him by surprise

And when you saw that you was siding with a Hawiye you had to correct yourself and distance yourself from me

Somaliweyn,
Ninka gobta ah waxaa lagu gartaa waa ninka garaaba, xaqana u hiiliya.
There was a Hawiye man who used to insult and stalk me on this forum. He apparently was put off my extreme Daarood chauvinism. Which usually takes the form of boasting about and celebrating Daarood history rather than bashing other people(except when they provoke me, then i bash people).
One day I went to the Somali Kenya forums and followed a brawl between the Daarood and Hawiye sijuis. The Hawiye in there were mostly Ajuuraan and the Daarood were belittling the Ajuuraan. I wrote to the Daarood that they are donkeys who only expose their ignorance if they were unaware of the history and glory of the Ajuuraan.
The guy who used to stalk me apparently was Ajuuraan sijui and we became friends after that. He was very surprised that Cilmiile could say those generous words about the Ajuuraan.
He was an intelligent guy. He abandoned this sewer(or at least I hope he did) because I dont see his nick or his distinctive writing style.
Warsame is a confused kid who grew up in the west. I have no history with him and I could slap him down in a few posts. My only interest here is that we maintain proportion.
