Subxanallah. What a sad story. Again, the people that really suffered were these miskin minorities. They wern't armed, were not really involved in politics and had absolutely no traditional homelands to run to like other tribes, and most of all they had no way of defending themselves. The lucky ones were the once who fled. For those who stayed behind it was a hell-hole. The USC was an organization founded by men who wanted to replace Siad Bare, their infantry on the other hand were a group of riff-raffs, the lowest scum of society, reer baadiye, ciyaal suuq, etc. anyone could join up.
