Somali2003,I don't think so.The solution to somalia requires the change of leadership not whats happening cross the border.[/quote]
Dangirl, please don't call that Somali land a border. That is an artificial border. I don't call it a border but an occupied Somali land.
Galia and Dr. Yalaxoow, Some Somalis have been arguing against the Ogaden region as though it was a clan name.
But, I don't care if that region is called Ogaden or not, but realistically, Ogaden is a historical distinction of the place when it was first occupied. If it is called Somali region of Ethiopia, it would definately give a green light to the occupation. Ethiopians themselves would love it to be called Somali region since it is a "Somali region of Ethiopia". However, Ogaden liberates itself from the association of Ethiopia like "Somali region of Ethiopia". Besides, every person who is interested in the plight of this region, its history when it was ceded to Ethiopia by Great Britain, would realize that Ogaden is a great name for the region like Palestine is a great name for the region instead of the "Arab region of Israel".
See the logic and understand. I am Ogaadeen, Somali, Daarood. All of that is me.
