^^I am not in the mood to defend anyone here..but many poor countries/government accept these toxic waste in exchange for some financial help..and thats a sad reality in the world we live in today.

But I dont consider neither A. Yusuf nor Ali Mahdi warlords...simply because they raised themselves above the fray..with their intellect or maybe even deception if you wanna call it that way.
