So Ayan looks Somali despite of her not being blessed with good looks. We can easily tell she is a somali while a pretty African American woman obviously wouldn't look like a somali to us.

I think you took my reply out of context Advocatar. I was really just asking a simple question. What is a typical Somali look? I was not trying to get nasty with you at all.

My previous post about hair was not directed at you at all but to the person who brought up nappy hair and to the people on Somali net ( and there are a lot of them ) who like to insult each other over hair texture. Nothing against you at all.

First of all "miss thang" don't go grouping me with anybody. I am my own person. Second of all I had no idea what a somali was intill I met my roomate. Most black people I know don't either unless they know one. I know this is true because I asked about somalis on another black forum and most people had to look them up before getting back to me.
