Someguy,

I WAS Pro-TFG, but their crooked cabinet and their dependency on others is really pushing me in another direction. I mean, even the Al-Shabaab were fairly self-dependent, drawing support from locals instead of forcing it, and so forth, so I always found them to be a superb option for Somalia, if they minimize their qabil politics I'll once again be a moral supporter of theirs, maybe even economic supporter.

Like you, I am against the Asmara opposition; if anyone wants to oppose the TFG, they should do it on Somali soil. I see the Asmara alliance as a step backwards and I smell a new and more intense wave of violence.

Lastly, I am extremely anti-Ethiopian; honestly its the only thing that has me at odds with the TFG; the rest I care less for---except the fact that 90% of their cabinet is filled with runaway politicians and crooks. And I absolutely shake at the idea of PM Geedi being President of Somalia.

Final question to you is---do you honestly believe that the TFG, by new year's eve, will restore the Somali nation and bring everlasting peace---or even temporary peace and stability?
This man is a Somali Treasure. If I remember correctly Sheekh Shariif of the late, unlamented ICU made intimidating noises against this artist after he drew a Cartoon about Sheekh Shariif and his cynical politics. The Abgaal cleric vowed that he would Curse Amiin and that the consequences of that Curse will haunt Amiin and his family for all time. This is the kind of unhelpful moves that destroyed the credibility and power of the ICU.

Sh. Shariif was merely repeating an authentic hadith whereby the Prophet (pbuh) said: I curse the one who draws animate things and the one who draws tattoos. Amin Amir is a drawer of living things, thus a cursed one. On the day of judgement, the things he created will be brought forth and it will be demanded that he breathe life in to them. Learn your religion.

Music, drawing and painting are indispensable in developing one's mind. And they lead to creativity and progress.

I am not disputing it..but drawing inanimate things is just as creative as drawing living beings. As Muslims..we have a responsiblity to follow our religion. Our goal in life is to live in harmony with our surrounding, while working to attain the goal of entering Paradise: our original home.

Than they are Lucky to have their children to carry our gene's and am quit shocked to hear that. well if ur cousins are from Ethopian Zone 5 thats possible or maybe their marriage took place around the early 80s when Siad Barre wanted inter breeding of the two and thus brought lots of ur folkz to Borame. This wahabist trend has been going on for some time. A lot of Muslims now think that to be a good Muslim, you have to hate the west, despise and wish destruciton upon America, and support Usama Bin Laden and Al Qaeda.

None of our folks ever had need to go to Borama. An abti of mine is married to Samaroon lady back in Somalia and a habar yar of mine married a Samaroon guy in the states.

The Samaroon are lucky to dip with Pureblood Sade Mareexaan Darood blue-blood.
