Ashley it does make a difference. Majerten practice Gumeysi among their subclans, with Cusman Mahmud/Cumar Mahmud always vying for power. If theres no Cusman/Omar Mahmud tomorrow then Majerten will cease to exist. All the other subclans either wait for handouts or stand around like idiots. Unless your like Paid who'll protest and risk being massacred over goat protests in Garowe.

This is what I meant by attempting to pit Mj subclans against each other. Just because you want something to be true, doesn't make it so.
