why is divorce so rampant in Somali communities??

i think basra kinda touched on the point...these days i noticed young somalis treating marriage like dating. divorce as common as "breaking up". they wanna hook up with someone and since "dating" is a no no...they will just go ahead and marry the person they wanna have a fling with.

Maybe one of the reasons for the failures are that the females are getting married too young.

One of the somali females i'm currently dating was married at 19.

That's what more and more people are doing today as opposed to 50 yrs ago. It's the honest reason why I haven't gotten married yet. Career comes first and I'm still young wit alot of time available for that.
