But the reality is that 99% of Warsangali and Leelkase are behind Puntland State and we shouldn't insult or attack them. Funding for Lasqoray port even came in part from the TFG (A/Yusuf down to Cadde Musse down to Lasqoray project managers). Maakhir is still part of Puntland, until Lasqoray port is fully built and their state is fully realized, and that includes Ceerigabo.

Again, in the real world, Leelkase have never stood against the wishes of the state they belong to, don't let some kids in MPLS cafe bars fool you. And neither have Warsangali ever aspired to be dis attached from Majerteen.
