I read somewhere that at one time neither in the uk nor in the us were men allowed to free speech on the ground that this might either decrease the moral for war againt the enemy or something to that effect.

i can get the specific incidents should that be required ie examples

when freedom helps compound our loses it may be wise to keep a check on it until such a time that things are back to normal.

so cutting back on tribal talks may help us all regain harmony.
