I am sure you ain't telling me about the city of Minneapolis? I have been here for 8 years and seen all people in here whilst you came in a three day trip. How would you know the good girls from the bad ones? I went there the frist day and I saw city hoes on Hijaab and I can swear on god. They might became good girls but thats beside the point.
